A: The Innovation Centres have fob/swipe card entry plus monitored CCTV to common areas and entrances. Each suite is alarmed and linked to a central monitoring station.
A: We have offices suitable for one person to 20 people. Our easy in/out leases and network capability make it easy to move around the building as business needs change.
A: There is an application process for potential new businesses to the centres. Application to lease completion can be achieved in 3 weeks. Our legal team will work with you to try to accommodate specific timescales.
A: Many of our new tenants are business start ups and as such it is our aim to make the process as hassle free as possible. The leases are for three years but there are no tie-in periods, you can give one month notice at any time with no penalty. Rent is payable one month in advance.
A: No need for allocated spaces, parking is free to all tenants and visitors. There are over 100 spaces at each centre.
A: The admin office open from 8.30am-5.30pm weekdays but the building is accessible to tenants 24/7.
A: All office suites are unfurnished so you can bring your own furniture to suit.
A: We take great pride in our commitment to customer service at the Innovation Centres. Our small and friendly teams offer a professional service including answering telephones on your behalf, meeting and greeting visitors, photocopying, typing, arranging catering. We even have a tuck shop!
